2024 Eden Valley Single Vineyard Old Vine Grenache

Sourced from 80+ year old vines at Pendee Farm in Eden Valley, this single vineyard Grenache is a pure expression of site, soil, and variety.

Made with a minimalist approach to highlight the character of the distinguished fruit. Fermented with 50% whole bunches, with the balance being destemmed, not crushed, leaving the berries whole. Hand-plunged twice daily for two weeks, then pressed to a French oak foudre. Aged on lees for 15 months.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
