Refund policy

 

Non-refundable items
All wine orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or sent in error (see below). Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the wine is damaged or if you receive the wrong wine, so that we can arrange replacement as soon as possible.
