2023 Eden Valley Single Vineyard Old Vine Syrah

This Single Vineyard Syrah is a tribute to the high altitude and cool climate of Eden Valley. Sourced from 80+ year old vines at Pendee Farm, it exemplifies the elegance and finesse that this sub-region of the Barossa is renowned for.

Fermented with 30% whole bunch and the remainder destemmed but not crushed, preserving whole berries. The must was hand-plunged twice daily for three weeks before being pressed to a French oak foudre. The wine was matured on lees for 18 months, with a single racking during this time.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Vegan friendly
