2024 Our Mums Love Barossa Rose

This elegant Rosé is dedicated to our loving Mother.
Our small parcel of Barossa Sangiovese was pressed directly off skins to achieve our desired blush pink colour, before cold-settling for 48 hours. Fermenting at cool temperatures with a small number of solids, allowed us to create our beautiful textural and perfumed wine. Finally, our Sangiovese was fermented dry, and then filtered and bottled early to preserve freshness. Our mum loves it!
