2023 Barossa Valley Single Vineyard Old Vine Shiraz

This old vine, single vineyard Shiraz hails from the Stonewell Cottages Vineyard in Stonewell. A true expression of the Barossa Valley, it highlights the region’s hallmark depth, power, and concentration.

Fermented with 20% whole bunches, with the remainder destemmed but not crushed, preserving whole berries.

The must was hand-plunged twice daily for three weeks before being pressed to a mix of 50% new and 50% seasoned French oak hogsheads. Aged on lees for 18 months, with only one racking during this time.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
