The ripening of the Old Shiraz vines is always by far the best time in the Vineyard.  Watched carefully to ensure perfect ripeness, checking the weather app, rallying hand pickers, until the morning of picking arrives. For over 85years, this patch of dry grown Shiraz has been harvested the same, consistently producing premium wines.

The 2022 Icon Shiraz, one of those special years that only occur every so often.  Perfect growing conditions, good yields, ensure both the grower and wine maker are happy.  Classic Eden Valley, fruit forward, medium weight, complex, soft tannins, for maximum drinkability.  A sprinkling of pepper and spice and the best quality French Oak, this one is always a favourite.
