2025 The Other Half Adelaide Hills Chardonnay

This wine was made for our 'Other Halves'! It is well known that a romantic partnership is well-maintained and enjoyable if the other spouse is happy, and the boys know that the key to their partners hearts is a good Chardonnay. Made for their other halves, this wine celebrates a happy union.

This Chardonnay has characters of peach and nectarine with a hint of citrus. A creamy well-rounded wine finishing with alluring natural acidity.

Winemaking  
100% Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, handpicked and whole bunch pressed, using only the best free run juice. This wine was fermented in 100% New French oak puncheons. Post fermentation the wine remained in oak on lees for 6 month with lees stirred weekly.

Cellaring
This wine can be enjoyed now or until 2035
